Cut and cover
Two chariots beat a full palace in a single combination when each has exactly one job. The a-file chariot captures the advisor with check — the palace's left door comes off its hinge. The d-file chariot's job is invisible until the recapture: it stands guard over d9, so the king may not take back. And the pawn on e7 quietly owns e8, the only flight square. Cutting without covering is a blunder; cutting with covering is the kill.
